Abstract

The Bachelor Thesis focuses on the conceptual Drive Station of the Scraper Conveyor used in the coal deep mine. Required transport capacity is 500 t ∙ hod -1 and transport track is 200 meters long. In first part is overview of Scraper Conveyors and mining equipment. Based on the input requirements is making technological calculation of the Conveyor, necessary for parameters of Scraper Conveyor and component selection (motor, flexible coupling, gearbox, etc.). Selected parts of Conveyor are by the stress analyse (chain, shaft). The design of the Drive Station is included in the drawing attachment of this thesis.
