Optimalizace procesu skladování a nákupu ve skladě výrobního závodu

The diploma thesis deals with a proposal for optimizing the process of storage and purchasing in the warehouse of overhead material of the company TATRA TRUCKS a.s. based in Kopřivnice. The first chapter is devoted to theoretical information related to the problem. The theoretical part is followed by a comprehensive analysis of the current state of storage and purchasing, which is supplemented by a presentation of the company itself, its history, and the current production program. Based on the evaluated analysis, weaknesses in the processes are listed. Based on these weaknesses, proposals have been made to eliminate these weaknesses.
