Zásobování potravinami při krizových situacích

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the emergency food supply during the crisis situations. Main focus is on the special food for people suffering from the food allergies or from other diseases requiring diet which eliminates some of the food ingredients. First part of the thesis describes the current state of the topic. An analysis of the possible food allergies and diseases is performed afterwards. In conclusion a recommendation for food package and for appropriate set of measures to resolve this matter is presented.
