Optimalizace výrobního procesu stabilizátorů a implementace štíhlé výroby

Abstract

My thesis deals with the implementation of lean production elements and optimization of the stabilizers production process. The aim is to analyze the material flow between X98 project individual devices, proposing a new solution and subsequent optimization processes. As part of the proposed solution, I made a change in the hall layout that led to the new equipment deployment and charted a new material flow. In cases where it was possible, I have implemented mobile slides instead of metal box pallets, through which we avoid useless manipulation. The result is a solution that ensures continuous material flow between devices and prevents previous material storage in metal box pallets in the warehouse.
