Abstract
The thesis entitled „Employee Benefits in a Construction Company“ provides an evaluation of the existing system of employee benefits in the construction company HOCHTIEF CZ, which is based on the results of a questionnaire survey. Employee benefits are characterized as a motivational means and examines them from a tax perspective. The thesis also present proposals and recommendations in the area of employee benefits to achieve the satisfaction of the company and their employees.
