Abstract
The master thesis deals with the proposed solution of the rubbish transport by the bucket elevator chaos (transport height: 19,5 m, power: 120 t/h). The first part of the thesis deals with the determination of the engine power of the driving station including required technological and strength calculations. In the next part of the thesis, the enshrinement of the engine with gearbox housing on the elevator head with tensioning mechanism is solved. Subsequently, the enshrinement of the drive shaft with a towing gear is designed. The next part of the thesis deals with the accomplishment of riser shafts and the solution of the wear surface lining against an excessive wear. The last part of the thesis deals with the solution of the elevator abutment with the hopper and with the enshrinement of the return parts of the pull chains.
