Obrábění žárových nástřiků v podmínkách letecké výroby

Abstract

This master thesis deals with machining of thermal spraying abradable coating used in the aircraft production. In this thesis were tested two types of exchangeable cutting tips with various radii of the cutting edge curvature. There were chosen cutting parameters for the machining of abradable coatings, which were identical for all types of coatings and exchangeable cutting tips. During the machining process were measured cutting forces components for each exchangeable cutting tip and for each thermal spraying. Subsequently, it came to the evaluation of measured values with the help of dynamometer and computer software. There was conducted statistical processing of measured values and after that, the results of all thermal spraying and used exchangeable cutting tips were compared.
