Návrh na zvýšení objemu výroby vybraného dílce

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the proposal to increase the production volume of the selected part in the company Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s.r.o. The first chapter of the thesis contains theoretical information concerning the solved problems. Subsequently is included the analysis is of the current state of the company, which includes the basic introduction of the company and introduction of the selected part. Here is contained a detailed production analysis of the selected part. The analysis is complemented by pictures of the working day of the workers and the real balance of working time of the shift. Based on the analysis is made up a proposal for solving the identified problems.
