Vliv technologických a tvářecích parametrů na proces vícenásobné plastické deformace

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the process severe plastic deformation (SPD). New methods using the SPD principle are described in the thesis. In the practical part of the work, experiments were carried out on DC01 steel using the DRECE method. The aim of the experiments was to verify the influence of the number of passes by the forming device on the achieved mechanical properties of the steel, using tensile tests. The influence of anisotropy of tested material on mechanical properties was determined. In next part of work toughness and micro hardness were measured and the microstructure of the forming steel was also performed. In the final part of the thesis are made an overall summary of achieved results.
