Abstract

The purpose of the Diploma thesis "Strategy of Employees Evaluation in the Selected Company" is an analysis of the current evaluation system in the selected company, determining its weaknesses and opportunities for improvement. The theoretical part deals with staffing strategies in particular the evaluation of employees. It describes the whole evaluation process, its benefits, methods and criteria used appropriately. It also focuses on the evaluation interview, the most frequently occurring errors in the evaluation in general and relations between evaluation and other personnel instruments. The practical part contains characteristics of Biocel Paskov a.s. For better orientation in the current state of the company, the financial analysis and PEST analysis were performed. This part further includes an analysis of the current evaluation system in an enterprise through a comparison with three other companies and moderated discussions with foremen. Following is a questionnaire survey concerning the evaluation of employees in the mentioned company and then it is included SWOT analysis, which summarizes the information obtained. Based on analyzes performed and literature there are created proposals and recommendations to improve the quality of that system and new evaluation forms.
