Konstrukční návrh zavěšení kol vozidla

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem zavěšení kol vozidla typu Formula Student. V úvodu je seznámení s mezinárodní soutěží Formula Student a popis problematiky zavěšení kol vozidel. Součástí úvodu je také popis různých řešení zavěšení kol používaný v dnešních vozidlech různých druhů. Na základě srovnání jednotlivých možností je vytvořen konstrukční návrh s ohledem na potřeby týmu Formula TU Ostrava. Podstatná část návrhu se zabývá výpočty jízdních vlastností vozu. Pro některé díly je provedena topologická optimalizace.

This master thesis is dealing with the design of Formula Student car suspension. First part of the thesis describes the international Formula Student competition, followed by a brief introduction to general suspension design, including various types of configurations used today. Main part of the thesis is the design of the whole assembly. Big portion of the design is based on driving characteristics and their calculations. Some parts of the assembly were topologically optimized.
