Abstract

This thesis describes piezoelectric effect and patch piezoactuator and sensor QPK-1001. The main objectives were focused to test static and dynamic characteristic in two modes of the use, i.e. the sensors and actuators. The thesis deals with the product of the MIDE Company, namely QPK-1001 later renamed to PPA-1001. The thesis results consist in design of a testing rig, the procedure of measurement and basic characteristics. The dependence of deflection of the beam on the supplied voltage and dependence of voltage output on the beam deflection were measured.
