Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the design and implementation of a measuring jig for checking the internal diameter of a rotary workpiece manufactured in ZLKL s.r.o. In the introduction the existing measuring solutions are analyzed. On the basis of research and practical testing, two measuring devices are proposed - a digital three-touch cavity gauge and an AEROPAN air gauge. A universal measuring fixture is designed for both methods. The functionality of the measuring system is verified by testing under production conditions, and the results confirm the suitability of the gauges for series production.
