Porovnání vlastností sedlových ventilů s různou základní polohou

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of static and dynamic properties of poppet valves with different base positions. At the beginning of the work, a literature search was prepared on the issue of slide and poppet hydraulic distributors and valves. At the end of the theoretical part, the poppet valve marked SD1E – A2, which was selected for practical measurements in the laboratory, was described in detail. In the practical part, an experimental hydraulic circuit was designed on which measurements were made to determine the static and dynamic properties of the poppet valve. The hydraulic circuit was designed including suitable sensors for measuring flow, pressure and temperature. Measurements were made to determine the static Δp – Q characteristic and dynamic properties of the poppet valve. A Hydrotechnik MultiSystem 5070 measuring device was used to record the measured values. The static characteristics and dynamic properties of the poppet valve were subsequently evaluated from the measured values using the HYDROcom6 and MS Excel software programs.
