Návrh korečkového elevátoru

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem korečkového elevátoru pro dopravu kameniva a písku do betonárny. V úvodu je přehled různých typů elevátorů a jejich částí. Poté jsou popsány požadavky na zařízení se specifikací konkrétních parametrů. Dále následuje výpočtová část potřebná k dimenzování jednotlivých konstrukčních uzlů. Nezbytnou součástí jsou rovněž kontrolní výpočty navrhovaných dílů a slovní popis zvolené varianty, doplněný o obrázky, které pocházejí převážně z vytvořeného CAD modelu nebo z katalogů nakupovaných dílů. Součástí diplomové práce je výkresová dokumentace, která není v plném rozsahu z důvodu autorských práv zadavatele projektu.

The thesis describes the design of a bucket elevator for the transport of aggregates and sand to the concrete plant. The introduction provides an overview of different types of elevators and their parts. The requirements for the device are described for specific parameters in the next segment. Then follows the calculation part necessary to give the correct dimensions to the individual structural nodes. An essential part of the thesis involves control calculations of the designed parts and a description of the selected option. Pictures included were mostly made in the CAD model or come from the catalogs of purchased parts. The thesis also contains drawing documentation that is not complete due to the copyright restrictions of the project sponsor.
