Návrh nekonvenčních metod obrábění

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem nových metod obrábění. V první části práce jsou popsány nekonvenční metody obrábění. V další části jsme si popsali stroje na kterých budeme obrábět vybrané součásti. CNC frézování a drátové řezání zde nahradíme řezáním na vodním paprsku. Závěrem práce pak porovnáme výsledky experimentů, popíšeme si jejich výhody, nevýhody a jako poslední budeme mít technické a ekonomické zhodnocení.

Bachelor thesis deals with proposal Unconvential machining methods. In first part of bachelor thesis are described unconvential machining methods. In next part we described machines on which we will machine. CNC milling work and wire cutting we will replace the cutting the water in there. At the end of the bachelor thesis we will compare results of the experiments, we will describe the advantages, disadvantages and at last we will have technical and economic evaluation
