Inovované řešení upínání ocelového profilu při lisování otvorů

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with an innovative solution of clamping a steel profile into a pressing station DTL 15 1/3 when pressing holes. In the introduction, the present solution is described, and possible ways of clamping are presented with its advantages and disadvantages. The next point is devoted to the dimensions of the workplace from the ergonomics point of view and last, the proposed innovative solution is described. The calculation part deals with the design of the double-acting cylinder, then the force analysis of the clamping mechanism is carried out. The connecting pin and screws holding the bracket with the pneumatic cylinder are designed. The console is subjected to FEM stress analysis. Lastly, the operating height of the control panel is designed, and the anti-slip lock is checked. Part of the work is a pneumatic circuit diagram and related drawing documentation.
