Abstract

Main filling those work is evaluation roughness surface by the help of 2D method and 3D method. Is here described actual position measurement roughness by the help of these two methods. Below in those work are method measurement apparatus on surface-roughness measuring how for 2D so and for 3D method of valuation roughness surface. In experimental parts is evaluation chosen tested sample plate that is of assessed by the help of 2D and 3D methods.
