Návrh výroby speciálního ozubení

Abstract

This master thesis deals with special pinion shaft toothing design. Purpose of the thesis is to design new parameters of machine and tool for special toothing manufactory so that production time could be reduced as much as possible. The pinion shaft material is 18CrNiMo7-6 steel. First part of the thesis deals with toothing manufactory. In the second part, there is explained pinion shaft manufactory and later new way of production, new technological procedure and technical-economic evaluation with an evaluation of new production way.
