Vliv tlaku chladicí kapaliny na drsnost povrchu obrobku z korozivzdorných ocelí

Abstract

The thesis was elaborated in the company TORUN Czech s.r.o. and is focused on a detailed study of the influence of coolant pressure on the surface roughness of a workpiece when machining stainless steels. The first half of the work describes the introduction to the issue-machinability, stainless steel types, surface roughness evaluation. In the practical part, samples produced at different cooling pressures were analyzed. Based on these samples, were evaluated the extent to which the pressure affects the surface quality, or suggested its reduction due to the high costs of external high-pressure equipment operation.
