Posuvná segmentová vrata

Abstract

This Master’s Thesis focuses on the design and construction of sliding sectional doors and folding wing doors connecting two production halls. The introductory part provides an overview of available door types, including their advantages, disadvantages, materials, infill options, guidance systems, and drives. The main section presents a door design customized to spatial limitations and specific project requirements. Key components are described in detail, along with their technical specifications. The analytical part includes design calculations, strength verification, and parameter analysis of major elements. Finite element method (FEM) simulations were conducted to assess deformations, stress distribution, and potential design optimizations. The final part contains detailed assembly drawings of both door systems and the welded assembly of selected structural parts.
