Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with marketing research of customer satisfaction with products of ETA company.
The goal of it is to find customer satisfaction among the users of this brand. Based on their satisfaction or dissatisfaction, make an idea to ETA company how to increase customer satisfaction with these products.
The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is generally characterized by marketing theory, marketing research and detailed business characteristics. The practical part contains a questionnaire and interpreting of the results from a questionnaire surveying. Then there are a suggestions and recommendations for ETA company. At the end, there is an overall evaluation of the thesis.
