Makrostrukturní a mikrostrukturní změny během svařování

Abstract

This master's thesis examines the influence of technological parameters on the quality of welds produced using the Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) method. The theoretical part provides a comprehensive review of additive manufacturing technologies and an analysis of suitable filler materials utilized in this welding process. The experimental section focuses on the fabrication of six test welds on a structural steel substrate. The primary objective was to assess how variations in welding parameters affect the resulting geometry and quality of the weld beads. The evaluation of the samples was carried out through visual inspection, macrostructural and microstructural analysis, and microhardness testing. The results serve to compare the impact of welding parameters on the properties of individual samples and to determine the optimal welding regime.
