Abstract

The topic of this diploma work is customer satisfaction measurement with specific car dealer. Its purpose is to ascertain how much are current klients satisfied or dissatisfied with car dealer services offer. For this purpose serves the marketing research by the help of questionnaire with direction on concrete specifics of services offer. Actual results are descriptioned and evaluated. Base on these results are given suggestions and recommendation. Finally is produced a brief distinction of customer satisfaction measurement.
