Simulace řízení zásob

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with optimization of production process, which represents production activity in the automotive industry. The aim of the work is to ensure that the manufacturing company produces the required number of products. In the first step, I created a model in a simulation program to analyse the current situation. Within the solution of the assigned issues I set a constraint of the production system and identified its causes. Then I suggested measures to maximize the constraint. Using the simulation model, I designed the resulting solution, which makes the system able to produce the required number of products.
