Optimalizace sání čerpadla

Abstract

The master thesis is focused on evaluation of the pressure drop in depending on the mineral oil flow rate in existing suction geometry of the external gear pump. Further, the created dependence is verified by numerical method with the help of computing software Ansys Fluent. Also there are created individual optimization adjustments in purpose of reduce pressure drop in the suction line. At the first part there is paid attention to cavitation phenomenon and its impact on mechanical structures in the form of cavitation (aeration) erosion. At the final part there are described individual variants of optimized flow areas which are compared with the existing geometry of suction line and with each other.
