TOMEK, B. Rationalization of Drag Chain Conveyer Components with Usage of CNC Machine Tools. The thesis is focused on rationalization of cutting of drag chain conveyer components with usage of CNC machine tools. First part of the thesis covers an analysis of existing manufacture process by chosen representative including used tools and preparations. CNC machine tool was designed on the basis of knowledge of current technology. A new process of cutting, appropriate tools were designed for existing manufacture and the control program for CNC machine tool was processed. The formed control program is and appendix of the thesis. The designed technology of manufacture was compared with current technology by the help of basis technical-economic indicators which were used in the T Machinery a.s. company.
