Abstract

This thesis describes the design of the reverse conveyor belt for transporting thermal coal. The introduction presents the company Energetika Třinec, a. s. and describes and various transport routes for coal handling plant. The third section is focused the options for solving drive stations and at this point are selected required components of the conveyor belt, for example: conveyor belt, drive, idler etc. The fourth part is dealing with calculation, in the first half graphic - count method, in the second, then according to ISO 5048. At the end of this part, the choice of tension device is made with the necessary calculations. Drawings are attached to this thesis.
