Aplikace principů excelence do systému managementu zkušební laboratoře

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je Aplikace principů excelence do systému managementu zkušební laboratoře. V teoretické části diplomové práce je definován pojem excelence, jsou zde představeny modely a principy excelence, popsán model EFQM Model Excelence a proces sebehodnocení. V praktické části diplomové práce je představena společnost CZ testing institute s.r.o., popsán její systém managementu kvality, je analyzován systém managementu společnosti na základě principů excelence a dle analýzy jsou stanoveny návrhy na zlepšení. Cílem této práce je provedení sebehodnocení organizace na základě principů excelence a dle zjištěných informací stanovit návrhy na zlepšení.

The topic of this Master's thesis is The Excellence Concepts Implementation to the Management System of Testing Laboratory. In the theoretical part of the Master's thesis the term excellence is defined, excellence models and principles are introduced, EFQM Excellence Model and self-assessment process are described. In the practical part of the Master's thesis CZ testing institute s.r.o. company is introduced, its quality management system is described, management system of the company is analyzed based on excellence principles and according to the analysis improvement proposals are determined. The aim of this thesis is to undertake a self-assessment of an organization based on excellence principles and to determine improvement proposals according to the obtained information.
