The thesis deals with a constructional proposal of hydraulic operated take-up unit long belt conveyers. In the background research has been described function and variety of stretching device, conveyort belt inclusive description conveyer. According to standard No. CSN ISO5048 has been calculated the belt conveyer . The analysis tension coaming in the belt has been specific the appropriate deviation of hydraulic operted take-up unit in the different work regimes the belt conveyer. Hydraulic perimeter has been compiled with the appropriate component for the requisite function the arrangement. The needed strenght calculations inclusive verification the single part the help of FEM has been solved.
