Technologický test a analýza lisovacích nástrojů pro vkládání funkčních prvků

Abstract

The master thesis deals with test, analysis and design of pressing tools, matrices, for technology of pressing of functional elements. The pressing test material is commonly used with ALMg3 thickness of 2.5 mm and 5.25 mm. Functional elements are the M6 and M10 nuts. Various sizes of pressing forces are used for different heights of the die ring. Measured strength values, torque and force for element compression are evaluated. The aim of the thesis is to design the most suitable type of matrix and pressing force for the tested elements. All the work is based on the requirements of a particular customer.
