Abstract

Objective those diploma work is describe and analyse present method of the process obtaining and selections employees in company UNTRACO, v.o.s . and file a proposal and recommendation, that would have had make for improvement following process. This diploma work forms two main parts, theoretic and practical section. Theoretic section is aimed on data and theory obtained from technical literature. Is devoted theoretic starting point, between which belongs to human resource management, personal work, analysis position and action obtaining and selection employees. Practical section is divided by three chapter. First chapter is begun description of company UNTRACO, v.o.s . and further be focusing into its case - history and development. Second chapter deal with description of the total action obtaining and selection employees in company. Is here performed analysis methods obtaining and selection acceptable competitors at concrete working positions companies. In third chapter those diploma work are reviewed observed result of the process obtaining and selections employees in company UNTRACO, v.o.s . on the basis these results were to be handed up improvement suggestion current of the process obtaining and selection competitors in company.
