Michal Červinka, Ph.D. The thesis focuses on the financial aspects of airport decarbonisation, analysing the current state of knowledge in this area and then proposing a new strategy for an effective solution. The first part of the thesis is devoted to a review of the current knowledge of the issue and a description of the emission burden at airports. The following part of the thesis characterizes the selected airports and explains in detail the proposed methodology to solve the decarbonization problem. This part is crucial. The aim of this thesis is to propose a decarbonisation strategy for the selected airport with respect to its financial aspects.
