Optimalizácia výmeny nástrojov na vybranom pracovisku

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with the proposal for improvement of tool exchange and implementation of the 5S method at welding workplaces in the company Frauenthal Gnotec Slovakia. The second chapteris devoted to the theoretical basis for the selected topic. The following chapter describes the analysis of the current state of welding workplaces, the volume of components produced and the number of replacements on welding robots. This analysis is supported by multiple activity charts of tool changing according to individual articles produced on welding robots. In the next part the wastage in the workplace was identified, which causes time loss and has a negative impact on the tool change operation. In the last part, suggestions were made to improve and reduce wastage in the workplace by implementing of 5S method.
