Abstract

21st century. At this time we are under constant influx of new technologies and materials associated with high quality. Only the right composition and combinations of these materials can create excellent construction properties as a whole building. In the past the Czech Republic were built mainly of brick masonry buildings of fully burn clay brick. This traditional masonry which is at the least enthusiastic in the roots of all designers and builders were replace by new building elements in the form of silicate, porous concrete, ceramic and other materials. Abroad respectively in the U.S. were usually upside down build from natural renewable sources, which bear the name of the wooden buildings. Also in these buildings we can see a sign of new age by strong word. At the present in czech republic most of buildings people builds from a traditional brick construction of the ceramic blocks Porotherm. On this subject I would like to follow up my work. The aim of my project was to design a residential building of ceramic blocks Porotherm focusing on the vertical supporting structure and create a technological process. Further I will create for this building a various versions of composition brick facade and wooden mantle. These compositions calculate and subsequently compare the results from the program Teplo 2011. At the end of all work I will describe the advantages and disadvantages for each system. The part of bachelor's thesis in the Annex is timetable and budget for brick residential house.
