Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of a parcel box for picking up goods using the Arduino platform. The first part of the work is focused on the description of already available solutions for parcel boxes. Another point is getting to know the parcel boxes already implemented, their functionality and use by the customer when purchasing goods. The second theoretical part focuses on getting to know the Arduino platform, its components, and possibilities for connecting sensors. The last point of the work is the practical part, it involves the design and assembly of hardware elements and the creation of a box for dispensing goods, according to already known solutions. The practical part also focuses on creating suitable software that will ensure the correct functionality of the parcel box.
