Měření přesnosti obráběcího stroje ve firmě VOP CZ, s.p. pomocí Ballbar systému

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with the measurement of the precision of the CNC machine tool using Ballbar system. In the work are explained issues related to the measurement of the precision of machine tools and are listed the ones of the relevant technical standards which is dealing with the principles and tests of these machines. The thesis also lists various methods of control and measurement of CNC machine tools and in more detail is described the measuring system Ballbar in this. In the practical part are described the measured machine, the using measuring equipment, measurement procedure and is listed the selected methodology of measurement. In this work are discussed and compared the resulting values and graphs of individual measurements. Is done an evaluation of the results and are drawn conclusions and recommendations obtained in this work.
