Vytvoření robotizovaného pracoviště v simulačním prostředí RobotExpert

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the methodology of creating robotized workplaces in the simulation interface of RobotExpert software from the Tecnomatix product line by Siemens PLM. The introduction outlines current market requests for the ongoing fourth industrial revolution called Industry 4.0. Subsequently, it explains the crutial role of RobotExpert in the emerging industry. The core of the thesis consists of detailed description of working procedures and explains important software features. The work also includes video-procedures for the most commonly used robotic applications. Thus, the thesis becomes suitable study material for all those who are interested in simulations and off-line programming of industrial robots. Thanks to great similarity between systems it is possible to apply gained knowledge not only in work with RobotExpert software but also for similars products from Tecnomatix series.
