Rekonstrukce hlavy válce na motocyklu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaobírá procesem reverzního navržení hlavy motoru z originální součásti. Úvod práce je zahájen shrnutím ověřených informací o dochované součásti, které nadále pomůžou ve výpočtech a navrhování, společně se srovnáním hlavních konstrukčních prvků. Další kapitola zobrazuje stav originální hlavy motocyklu, jeho skenování a vytvoření přesného duplikátu. Následuje materiálová analýza a dílčí kroky k vyrobení nového kusu. Závěrem probíhá výpočet a kontrola montážních sil a bezpečnosti již předem daných tvarů spoje.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the process of reverse engineering engine head from original component. The introduction of the work begins with a summary of verified information about the preserved component, which will help in calculations and design, together with a comparison of the main structural elements. The next chapter shows the condition of the original motorcycle head, scanning it and creating an exact duplicate. Follows with material analysis and sub-steps to create a new piece. Finally, the calculation and control of the assembly forces and the safety of the predetermined joint shapes is carried out.
