Snížení spotřeby vzduchu efektoru

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on optimizing the air consumption of an effector manipulating thin steel sheets. The introduction is focused on vacuum technology, particularly on ejectors and suction cups, their principles, and construction. Based on the functioning principle of ejectors, important parameters for calculation and suitable selection of components and circuits are provided. The next section describes the current state of the effector, the robot, and the robotic workplace itself, including its operating mode. Another part deals with the description of the work cycle, manipulated sheets, and their most common dimensions and weights. The computational part is focused on calculating the current air consumption. This is followed by the proposal of energy-saving measures and modifications to the pneumatic circuit with verification calculations. The financial return on investment of compressed air energy savings compared to the financial costs of implementation is then calculated. The computed data are compared and evaluated in the concluding part of the thesis.
