Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to find out the possibility how to increase the visit rate of Raduň castle. The thesis is focused on the common visitors, because they are the primary group of customers. To fulfill purpose of the thesis I realized economic environment analysis, marketing mix of Raduň castle analysis and marketing research; where was used the method of personal questionnaires. The informants of marketing research were two groups of people – Raduň castle visitors and Raduň village citizens. Theoretical part of the thesis involves the characteristic of Raduň castle and the marketing of services theory. The second part of the thesis is practical; there is analysis of found information and the proposal of particular recommendation included. The particular recommendations tend to all part of Raduň castle marketing mix and should lead to the castle visit rate increase.
