Zhodnocení využití nástrojů AI v personálním řízení ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis addresses the topic of usage and implementation of AI tools in unnamed company. The theoretical part defines concepts and processes neccessary for proper understanding of the analytical part. Specifically talking about types and functions of artificial intelligence and processes in personnel management. Practical part consists of qualitative analysis of AI digitization of chosen company and the company's processes, and their evaluation. The evaluation primarily addresses current situation, possible improvements and prepardness for further involvement. Based on the analysis, recommendations are stated, with the goal of helping the company with the issue.
