Sledování vlivu vibrací na obráběcí proces

Abstract

Bakalářská práce pojednává o sledování vlivu vibrací na obráběcí proces. Chvění, které vzniká při obráběcím procesu, výrazně ovlivňuje jakost povrchu a rozměrovou přesnost obráběné součásti. Cílem práce je zjišťování a zpracování naměřených hodnot rychlostí vibrací v předem určených úsecích obráběné délky. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní definice a terminologie vibrodiagnostiky, popis měřícího zařízení pro záznam vibrací, použité stroje a umístění snímačů na stroji. Praktická část se zabývá zpracováním naměřených hodnot a následným sledováním, ve které části obráběné délky jsou vibrace největší.

The bachelor thesis is focused on a monitoring of the impact of vibration during the machining process. The tremble which occurs during the process significantly influences the quality of the surface and the dimension accuracy of the machining part. The aim of the thesis is to determine and to process the recorded values of the speed of vibration during its particular intervals of the machining process. In the theoretical part, the basic definitions and terminology of vibro-diagnostics, the description of measuring device for the record of the vibrations, the machinery used, and the location of probes of the machine are characterized. The practical part is focused on the processing of the results obtained and subsequently on the monitoring of the parts of the process when the vibration´s values are excessive.
