Optimalizace izolátorů chladícího modulu

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a finite element isolator replacement. The introduction of this work addresses the various types of isolators used and the importance of their use. At the same time, some concepts related to technical oscillations are clarified here. Among other things, the material properties of rubber materials are also addressed here. Subsequently, a design of a device for simulating the load of the insulator to determine its dynamic properties is made. Using the proposed jig, the measurement is performed on a vibrating stool using the designed jig. From these data, a finite element model of the insulator is created, which is verified at the end of this work by comparing the simulation and measurement of the cooling module.
