Návrh úpravy dávkovacího zařízení biomasy do parního kotle K7 v Teplárně Mariánské Lázně

Abstract

The topic of this diploma thesis concerns with proposal and optimization of the present storage tank of woodchips in front of the boiler K7 which is located in a heating plant in Marianske Lazne town. The storage tank can be specified as the one with screw conveyors. There is a summary of both the methods of transportation and possibilities of woodchips’ storing at the beginning of the thesis. The next chapters are covered by description of the former fuel storage as well as required calculations. The goal of this thesis is ranking of current storage tank and proposal of its optimization. In the end of thesis regulation of fuel going from tank to boiler is described. Moreover, part of this thesis is also optimization of storage tank via 3D software Autodesk Inventor and partial drawing documentation including scheme of fuel transport route.
