Měření spokojenosti zákazníků s hotelem

Abstract

Bachelor thesis entitled Customer Satisfaction Measurement with Hotel is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes theoretical knowledge on consumer satisfaction, analysis of the hotel environment, and data collection methodology for the practical realization of research. The practical part includes a questionnaire survey and evaluation of the hypothesis. Based on the results, a conclusion and propose recommendations that could lead to an increase in the present customer satisfaction.
