Vnější a vnitřní faktory řízení lidských zdrojů v průmyslových podnicích

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je představit význam lidských zdrojů a jejich hodnotu pro každý podnik. Dále prezentovat historický vývoj řízení lidských zdrojů v České republice, jak se postupně měnil a rozšiřoval. První část je zaměřena na teorii z dané oblasti a druhá část je tvořena SWOT analýzou českých podniků. Údaje jsou čerpány z internetových zdrojů a z časopisu Human resource management. Na závěr jsou uvedeny údaje, které představují trendy, které by měly podniky v rámci plánování a řízení lidských zdrojů sledovat.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the importance of human resources and their value for any company and, from other point of view, to present the historical development of human resources management in the Czech Republic, as it was gradually changing and expanding. The first part is aimed to the theory of this field, the second one contains SWOT analysis of. The sources for the thesis were the Human resource management magazine and internet. In the final part there are outlined trends which are important for planning of human resources management in companies.
