Systém získavania a výberu zamestnancov vo vybranej organizácii

Abstract

Diploma thesis is focused on the system of recruitment and selection of employees. In teoretical part are explained the basic terms relating to the theme of this diploma work. Furthermore in teoretical part are situated methods of recruitment and selection of employees. In the practical part of diploma thesis, in pursuance of personal observation, I devote an analysis and evaluation of the current use of the method of recruitment - assessment center. Based on the analysis and follow evaluation of the selected company I propose a group of proposals and recommendations that it should assist in attracting and selecting of employees. I hope that my work will be a benefit for a company.
