Abstract

In this work, I addressed the improvement of lubrication for a servicing machine at a coke plant. Specifically, I focused on the unification of lubricating greases, the creation of new lubrication schedules, and the monitoring of used oils. The work also covered training and the overall maintenance system. Parts of the work have already been successfully implemented in practice. However, considering the current financial crisis of the company, it is unfortunately very likely that the further proposed improvements will not be implemented in practice.
