Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to design the building part of the pension together with the design of heating and ventilation. The design of the building part is realized with regard to achieving the lowest heat loss of the building and thus the lowest operating costs in the future. Two cascade gas boilers will be used as a heating source. One boiler will be used to heat the building and the other will support the heating of the building and hot water by switching the three-way valve. The hot water will be heated in a separate free standing tank heater. The heating system is designed as low-temperature with radiators. The heating system is designed with forced water circulation. Ventilation of the building will be forced by equal pressure, using air handling units with heat recovery. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts: construction and technical documentation. The construction part contains project documentation that meets the required standards and requirements for technical assessment of building structures. Part of the technical documentation includes the design of the heat source, the calculation of heating and hot water needs with regard to the technical evaluation of the building. Part of the work is to create a building energy certificate.
